Since the beginning of time (well, ok, since I became a working parent), my mom, who studied Home Economics at Cornell, has insisted that I would save time and money if I cooked meals ahead and froze them. Sixteen years later (never too late to learn), I am finally gearing up for this, especially after reading that Erin’s program can help us cook 10 meals in an hour’s time. Time is money, so I am looking forward to saving both!!
